While I really enjoy Star Wars and all of Galaxy's Edge is amazing, you need to know at Oga's you are paying for the experience. Currently it is my understanding is that you are taken to your table, which you a either going to be seated or standing and you stay at your table, not supposed to roam around and see all the amazing details. Even before Covid you were limited to 2 drinks and I think 45 minutes and you weren't supposed to roam until you'd finished your drinks.
So look at the menu, see if there are a few things you'd like to expreince at 9:30 AM and decide if it's for you. I would say keep trying for a later time slot, you might get lucky the day before or day of.
I've been to both Oga's (WDW/DL) and enjoyed it, but if you are not really into Star Wars much of it will be lost. It's small, in fact it's way to small to really be enjoyed. They should have at least doubled the size. If you know what hidden mickey's are, then think of the many artifacts at Oga's as hidden mickey's - they are some really cool items to be found, if you have help or know your Star Wars lore.
