I tend to go w/ “seasonal” colors for both my fingernails & toenails, &, while I don’t go w/ the same color on my fingers & toes, I try to match/coordinate the colors.

Currently, my fingernails are a dark pink for February/Valentine’s Day, &, this Thursday, I have an appointment for a pedicure & will probably go w/ a purple for my toes.

In January, I go w/ a sparkly white for my fingernails for snow & don’t really have a color for my toes.

February is purple.

Spring is a springy color - maybe pink or blue or teal, depending on my mood.

In the summer, I love a fun, hot pink for my toes. (My fingernails are usually a light blue or teal.) I also sometimes go w/ a bright blue for my toes.

In the fall (late August/September), I go w/ a dark blue for my toes, &, then in October, I change to black for my toes. In November, I go w/ something like a deep cranberry or maybe a gold for Thanksgiving.

In December, both my toes & fingers are sparkly red for Christmas.

I usually only go to the nail salon with my daughter or my sons' girlfriends. I typically let them pick the color since I'm color blind. The last few times they've picked a blue or a gray. The gray looked like dead toes to me, but I was wearing a red dress and apparently that goes. LOL.

I haven’t had a professional pedicure since pre-pandemic 2020, and I’m planning on getting one soon for our upcoming March trip. I have no idea what color I want though. So, just for fun, tell me, what color are your toes, or what’s your favorite pedicure color?
I picked black although I don’t get it every time. But going to Disney is probably pick red. I like OPI I’m not Really a Waitress.

For me the color totally depends on what time of year it is. Right now I would probably go with a deep magenta or green for St. Patrick’s Day

I honestly don't get them as often as I should/want to, but I usually go with a red with a fine flake. Red is by far the color I look best in. I have occasionally ventured to others, but red is always my default.

This is exactly what I do. I currently have a purple for Mardi Gras! Will get pink next time b/c it’ll be close to spring.

Thank YOU for the reminder!!

We’re actually going to the Florida-Alabama gulf coast this weekend! And there are some parades taking place!

I was already wondering about shade of purple… now I’m definitely going w/ Mardi Gras purple!!!

I also have purple for Mardi Gras. I also got a gold fleur-de-lys on one finger.
Not quite this picture, but it’s close enough…

I’m forever looking for Disney designs, stamps, and the like for our WDW vacations. Sadly, the on property nail salons have precious few options in this realm.
Nail polish was always forbidden when I was a child… I spent years with French only. Now, I’m rebelling in my middle age. Haven’t gotten the blue hair I always dreamed about in my youth yet… maybe when I’m 70.

I sometimes match toes and nails, but in summer usually go light on nails and wine color or dark pinks on toes. I’m in a gray/taupe phase now and like how the taupe color looks on my toes.

Nail colors is my specialty. My friends come to me for nail color advice. Here are some favorites (all OPI brand):

Good Bright Colors for Vacation
- Funny Bunny (white)
- Dutch Tulips (red)
- Aurora Berryalis (berry pink)
- Machu Peach-u (peach)
- Destined to be a Legend (a light teal)
- Marigolden Hour (golden yellow)
- Barefoot in Barcelona (nude pink - inspired the dusty rose paint color for my bedroom)
- Alpaca my Bags (earthy light blue)
- Verde Nice to Meet You (oceany blue/green)
- My Solar Clock is Ticking (orange)
- Sun, Sea and Sand in My Pants (yellow)
- Chiffon on my Mind (white)

Other Colors I Love
- We The Female (red and my absolute favorite color of all time)
- Isn't it Grand Avenue (blue)
- Less is Norse (a dark blue/gray)
- CIA = Color is Awesome (a dark teal)
- Rub a Pub Pub (gray)
- Suzi & the Arctic Fox (dark purple)
- Things I've seen in Abergreen (dark green)
- Lincoln Park After Dark (dark red/purple)
- Icelanded a Bottle of OPI (purple nude)
- That's What Friends are Thor (light brown)
- Good Girls Gone Plaid (dark purple)
- Malaga Wine (similar red to We The Female - a hair darker)
- Chocolate Moose (brown)

Thank you all! Great responses! I’m now leaning towards either pink for a fun vacation color or green for St. Patrick’s Day since we are arriving on March 17. ☘️

Ha! That’s a month from now. I’ll have changed my polish three or four times by then. :shamrock:

I am a creature of habit and almost always get Cajun Shrimp by OPI, which is like a dark coral, on my toes. (And Strawberry Margarita or Pink Flamenco gel on my fingers.)

My all time favorite is Pompeii Purple from OPI. Pinky purple with shimmer. Looks like a vacation color for sure.

I like a really deep pink or a coral for vacation in warm weather and during the summer. In winter months I go for more of a taupe color.

Not toes obviously but if its a Disney vacation this is my go to design for manicure.
