Poly Concierge GV booked, any chance of upgrade?

Hi,

Does anyone know if Poly offer any upgrade (either with additioal $ or not) from GV concierge to LV concierge upon check-in?

We are checking in on 2/9 (Sunday), I figured the resort may not be full that day, would they offer it to you if you ask? If so, does anyone know how they decide how much additional to charge?
