Priority seat & AAP

Hey!
Two quesions regarding staying at the Lowes Royal Pacific resort on Xmas week:
1. Do we get priority seat at quick service restaurants in Universal's parks?
How does it work?
2. As guests of the hotel, we'll get the Unlimeted Express Pass.
One of us has some disabilities, and we were wondring if we should ask for AAP pass as well.
Does it add something ontop of the UEP on Xmas? Or we shouldn't bother?
And does the person with the disability must go on the ride as well, to enjoy the AAP pass? (Like in Disney)?

1. Yes and No. Some places do and some don't. It's best to call the desired restaurant and ask. Details here.

2. If you already have Unlimited Express Pass, the AAP pass is redundant. More details for that here.

And does the person with the disability must go on the ride as well, to enjoy the AAP pass?

Why would you even need to ask this? The AAP is to allow someone to be able to access a ride despite to their individual inability to wait in a line. Not to allow other members of their party to abuse the system.
