Yes. Sometimes websites and/or computers just have issues. I was able to log in immediately.

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. If you can send me your IP by e-mail, I will certainly look into it for you. You can determine your IP by going to http://www.whatismyip.com

Once you see that set of numbers, send them to me, attention David, at team@dvcrequest.com

Sometimes our firewall gets a bit overprotective and blocks IPs or ranges of IPs from providers that exhibit high rates of suspicious activity.
