Question about custom watches

[Well I Never!]

Many moons ago, around 1996, my Mom bought me a personalized watch on Main Street in MK.

The battery has since died and I would like to have it updated with new bands, etc.

Does anyone know if they'll do this? Or will I have to buy a new one. I remember the watch being pretty expensive.
