Recommendations, please: a facial moisturizer that is worth the money

My mother had such dry skin. She also NEVER looked her age, seriously, she could easily pass for 20 years younger than her age. She never used soap on her face (cold cream like a PP said) and some of her favorite products were by Avon. However, if it ever got really cold, I have seen her use Crisco on her face. No kidding. She grew up in the Depression so she had a very practical outlook.

I think I’ve used it all. Just use it!!

I bought Philosophy’s when hope is not enough about 15 years ago. I did not like the odor and was going to send it back until I realized that it really was good stuff. I love using the philosophy Purity cleanser.

But the Oil of Olay products are really good too.

I am 54 and have been using Olay anti-aging night cream for the last 15 years and I LOVE it!! Nothing else I have used has work as good and it costs a measly $12.99.
