I've posted a few VCD videos on my personal website. They started out as high-quality MPEG movies which I used as source material for DVDs I made from the video of our recent vacation. I took the high-quality MPEGs and exported them as VCD-quality MPEGs, using Nero Vision (the latest version). Is this as small as I can make them, without losing too much quality?
