Lets hope 3rd time is a charm. I know I'm overpaying, but I'm tired of loosing contracts to the mouse. I am consoling myself with the fact that the seller is paying all closing costs/fees.

When we bought our first contract a couple of years ago we, the buyers, didn't need to have our documents notorized, but the sellers did (which did delay things for us.) But I had cash, maybe if you are financing those documents they need to be notorized?
I've used a local UPS store for notarizing documents, so I assume they and maybe a FedEx store might notorize for a fee. I've read banks do as well. When my mom was in ICU my sister found a traveling notary that actually came to the hospital, not sure what she charged.

Still trying to get my first contract. Lost an OKW two weeks ago that was loaded...but not as loaded as this one.

Probably going to get taken but I couldn't let it go by.

We passed ROFR!! OMG! I am beyond excited and am in complete and utter shock! I had convinced myself that the mouse would definitely be taking our contract and then - on my son's 3rd Birthday, of all days, Disney approved our contract! This is our first DVC and we are so ecstatic! What an amazing birthday present from Mickey!
