Shuttles to SeaWorld & Discovery Cove?

We will be staying at the Portofino this coming October and, in addition to going to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, we have reservations for Discovery Cove for a day and the passes for SeaWorld. We are planning on renting a car (Alamo) at the airport as part of our travel package, but we are now wondering if it might be better to get a towncar from the airport to the hotel and try to take shuttles to Discovery Cove and SeaWorld from the hotel if they are available?? Does anyone know if they have them??.....and, if so, do they run pretty frequently?? If they don't, does anyone know how much it is to park at Discovery Cove and SeaWorld?? Sorry for so many questions!

There is a shuttle from PBH to Sea World. Check with the Concerige desk for more information. You can take a small shuttle from Sea World to Discovery Cove. If you want to drive, the cost to park is $7 at Sea World (I think) and free at Discovery Cove.

We are staying at the Portofino for 8 nights and plan to go to the Universal parks over several days and Discovery Cove for one day and SeaWorld for at least one more day. Given the option, would you have a rental car for the duration, or just take the shuttles to SeaWorld/Discovery Cove??

If you want to save $, take the shuttles. If you want the convience of coming and going when you please, rent a car.
