Week before last in the Gulf of Mexico at watercolor. A couple weeks before that in Key West. Our house had a pool and we also swam in the ocean.

Two days ago in the ocean. It was very fun!

It’s been so long since I went swimming I can’t remember when it was.

I just finished a 4,200 meter swim and now I'm eating the kitchen.

I swim 3-5 days a week depending on my training schedule. It totals around 12,000-18,000 meters a week.

Dinner was at 5:00pm and got out of the pool to the rumbles of thunder at 4:30pm.

Two weekends ago at Virginia Beach. I live a couple hours away. I will be going this Saturday when my sister comes to visit since it’s the thing she wants to do the most.
