I know over the years I have seen questions about meals while at Disney. People wanting to know what to cook, what are everyone's favorites. So I decided let's try to get one thread going where these recipes, tricks and techniques could be helpful to other campers.
I know we have some good cooks here on Disboards. @Flametamr , @bama_ed, @tiggerdad, @SouthAlabama5er ,@FriendsOfEeyore, and others. I have had the honor of enjoying some of the finer cuisine served during Dismeets.
So without further delay, let's cook, smoke on.
Plate Ribs (NAMP123), cut in half. Approximately 3 lbs. Cooked in a Vertical Pellet Smoker. Smoke setting for 3.5 hrs, cooked at 225 degrees for 3.5 hrs, then cooked at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Rested for 30 mins and served. Seasoned with Salt, Granulated Garlic and Onion Powder. Competition Blend Pellets.
