teen tours

Just checked the Navigators on Daves site and I didn't see any mention of Teen tours. I thought there was a boat tour of St. Maarten similar to the Junkanoo party in Nassau. DS loved the Junkanoo and DD and DS both want to do it on our 7 day New Years cruise. Any recent cruisers recall if they offer this?
