Any info on The Aria?

Going on a trip with my daughter's dance team and we will be there for two nights...any info?

I'm going for 2 nights in mid April. Certainly looks good. I'll report back. Our deal comes with $100 dining credit and it's hard to pick from all the restaurants ( not that $100 will cover any of them!). The happy hour at the fish restaurant looks like a good deal though. Check out their website - all the different menus are on there. They have some specials that come with the Elvis Cirque show too.

The Aria is beautiful and the rooms are very high tech. The restaurants are a little on the pricey side and your $100 won't cover very much. We spent $60 for breakfast in their coffee shop...LOL! The pastry shop has some great stuff.

Their is a restaurant just outside the resort as you enter the mall called Todd English Pub, which is casual and very good and they have a great happy hour.

We stayed just this week for 2 nights - really nice hotel. Room was very upscale, and the gaming area is nice and luxurious ( not cheesey feeling like some others). We got upgraded to a city view which was really pretty esp at night. You can operate everything - including the drapes and privacy sign - from the TV!
We ate there twice - the $79 fixed price meal at Sage was really wonderful - I was full till the next night. Had marvelous scallops ( 2 ), pork loin for main course, great foie gras creme broulee ( extra $10 ) appetizer - and did the $39 wine pairing which had some great wines - ending with a 10 year old port. The next night we ate at Michael Mina's American Fish- the 5-7 early bird $49 meal. Not as good except the desert - a marscapone cheesecake that was out of this world. Had the trout, husband had the mixed grill which had a lot of variety but was a little on the lean side -- 1 shrimp, 1 scallop, a small piece of salmon, 1 mussel, a bit of octopus.

Wasn't really impressed by the pools or the jacuzzis though. Average. Mirage is the nicest pool still imo although the rooms not as nice, and the Encore had the best rooms so far but was more expensive.

I walked thru it, I would like to try it out sometime but looked way to uppity for me, as all them little group of hotels do (but keep in mind Im the first in family to walk upright)

It is a beautiful hotel. I loved the corner suite...my absolute favourite. Nice large bathroom with floor to ceiling windows. You will love it!

It's a nice hotel and is actually supposed to be higher end than the Bellagio which is their sister hotel. The lobby has a vanilla smell pumped into the air and the rooms are all electronic. The gambling area is not really that big compared to other places and it has more of a trendy feel to it. It's a little on the dim side for a casino floor.

As far as your $100 food credit, I'd suggest looking into the buffet. It's a good buffet and they serve king crab legs on certain days/night so check the menu.
