Tip for driver?

I know I have read this information on the boards before, but as my vacation gets closer my brain has begun to freeze & I can't remember - what is the general amount or guideline for tipping a limo/van service driver?

Any info. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We normally tip our towncar driver about $10 per way. Due to you may not have the same driver for the return.
