tomato and zucchini question

I have 18 plants, 9 beefsteak and 9 parker's whoppers. We have had a lot of rain lately so they have been a little droopy with no sun, but are perking up. Anyway, due to the rain, some of the bottom leave sets have turned yellow. None with flowers, mainly the bottom leaves. I didn't have this problem last year but I have been breaking those leaves off. Will this cause any problems?

As for the zucchini, I didn't plan very well when I spaced these. They are growing good, but the big leaves are growing into other spaces. Can these be cut back at all?
