I ordered 4 cards via Costco (through friends, but I have them in my email) and two sets of 3 from BB myself over the past day-ish, and not a single one of these ten numbers is recognized on the DGC site when I tried just now (generic error message for all). The DGC rep I talked to on the phone says the account numbers are invalid, so I’m hoping it’s this “activation” issue I’ve read about vaguely in a few spots and the BB/Costco customer service reps can help me tomorrow. I don’t think my whole email account has been compromised, as then the cards would load/show a balance of zero. I was able to add my physical card (that correctly shows a balance of zero) just fine so I know it’s not a browser issue. The orders have not been canceled, and my credit card was charged. My trip isn’t for two more weeks so I have time, but it makes me nervous!
