so I went to Publix and stocked up on some WW meals and some healthy snacks for work....

I got celery, 0 pt soup, several 4pt meals, hearts of palm, low fat milk, Special K, wonder light bread, fat free turkey and some other snacks to keep here at work.
I know for me the first week is the hardest always thinking about food, so I figure if I eat small meals and snacks often it will help.
