Tonight will be Onion-Dijon Pork Chops, green beans and green salad

A medical appointment changed the day’s menu around. Didn’t get around to marinading the meat until late afternoon so setting the pork tenderloin aside for tomorrow.

Made a tuna Niçoise salad with a lemony vinaigrette for a change of pace tonight.

Thankfully we moved into an airbnb last night. Our house is a total dust disaster. Our first airbnb meal tonight was grilled tomato and cheese sandwiches with Muenster and provolone.

Tonight was a bun less burger with lots of garden fixings ( tomatoes, avocado slices, a red onion slice) and a side of cottage cheese.

I had leftover honey lime chicken. I made DH chicken cutlets with the other half of the pack from last night. Should be enough for dinner tonight and a sandwich for lunch tomorrow, Rolling along. One more day to go before we are down the shore.
