What's the best way to celebrate Christmas at Disney????

I'm bringing my family of 10 to Disney for Christmas and want to find a great way to celebrate on Christmas day. Does anyone have any ideas about restaurants, shows, activities etc...that will help us feel the Christmas spirit.

I'd like to find a great place for Dinner and a relaxing way to spend the afternoon with the family.

The Grand Floridian has wonderful decorations, a huge gingerbread house and serves cocoa and cookies. A leisurely stop here off the monorail would be nice!
