I know this might sound silly, but I don't know what quick bread is....

Quick bread is any bread leavened with leavening agents other than yeast

so like banana bread, etc

WYF not-quick bread?

(Anything with too much fiber/ roughage- like salad greens- and any onions, raw or cooked, give me trouble since the gall bladder surgery. I've read on some medical boards that some struggle with that, and some don't. It's not a typical or expected issue (like high fat foods would be). I'm only about 8 weeks post-op, so maybe it will change as time goes on. But I used to enjoy kale or spinach salads quite a bit, and now they cause intense pain.
