I’m a blue card holder.
Niece and husband going to Disney for their honeymoon. Would love to gift them this tour. Can I book this for them with the discount if I am not going on the tour?
I think probably no but am uncertain

I haven't seen a DVC discount, but have seen a later in the day discount. Like after 3PM. I just checked. The DVC discount is 15%.

Usually for tours, the DVC Member must be a part of the tour to apply the discount.

DVC website states a 15% discount is for "mid-day" WAT tours beginning at 11:45AM or later, AP site says 15% off tours on "select" dates, starting at 11:30. Disney Visa states 15% off "mid-day only", no time specification. btw, try to book the earliest (likely 11:45AM) possible with discount - the animals tend to be less active later in the afternoon.
