Probably Le Cellier, since I'm not a big fan of eating a steak dinner in the early afternoon.
Maybe Chefs de France, since I think they have some of their best stuff on the dinner menu if I remember correctly. Bistro de Paris is only open at dinner.
For some odd reason, I have liked Akershus better for dinner, but I have no idea why.
The menus are so simular for everything else I would say you aren't missing out on much by having lunch instead of dinner.
