Buyers or sellers here, would you share a copy of your resale contract with me? Economy dictates that I need to sell, but would like to bypass the commission. I know Dean sold his contract some time ago, and he did not use a resale company. Is Dean still around? I remember reading his post that Disney tried to change the contract around to their benefit in the ROFR, but he stood fast. They also wanted a gag order in his contract, or something like that--where they requested he tell no one the contract specifics. So I know some folks sell without using an agent.
