It varies...but you must complete at least 1 stay first...

Before you can start getting anything you have to have 2 stays in one year. So on your 3rd stay you will start to get the free fitness center, possible upgrades, etc.

You can only use one Youfirst number for each room.

We stayed over the summer with the super saver rate(booked through loews website). How come this is a non-qualifying stay?

Because they say so:

Non-qualifying Rates include: Internet Third Party, as well as rates through any other discount program, coupon, complimentary or promotional offer.

Ya, I'm not sure why stay more save more isn't qualifying. Annual passholders is. Used to be that any discount rate that was available to everyone was qualifying.
