I had to reset the game a couple of times. Try getting out of all of your internet windows and coming back.

Yeah, the crabs darting by with the sign was quite amusing to me. Too bad there's nothing in the treasure chest except make your own flag. But the accompanying music to that prize is a favorite of mine, so I'll forgive them.

ETA: Alvern, try closing out the window and starting over. I got that message a few times as well. The game hadn't updated itself on my computer, apparently.

As for prizes, maybe we'll get something VMK-related when it's closer to a month from the movie release. Wasn't the other game giving codes maybe 3-4 weeks before the movie came out? I know it wasn't 51 days out, though.

Might be helpful just to figure out what you need to do to win the game. And there's clips of the movie ever so often (you can skip over them if you prefer to be preview-free). The create your own flag prize is kind of blah, but I enjoy the music (basically exactly the parts of the song we heard in the old POTC game lobby on VMK).

OMG! when I saw there was a time on the countdown clock again I thought cool, there will be something new tomorrow. Then I checked through this post to make sure I didn't miss anything and saw this. I can't wait 51 days!!

51 Days isn't an update to the POTC3 Adventure Game, it's an update to the Movie's not-being-in-theaters-status.

As of that day, the status is changed to in-theaters.


Not sure what that is supposed to mean.

I had the same issue until I cleared all my temp internet files, closed the
window, then used the widget countdown timer link back to the beach.

Finally I was able to get to the proper loading screen, and from there, it
was easy to complete the rest of the tasks.
