So, totally just realized that I never said anything about MY interview lol...
So I interviewed on Monday the 25th and I had Rhonda.
The interview was scheduled at 2:30 and she called at 2:29
.
We talked about:
- why I wanted to work for Disney
- the previous question led to me saying that I'd been to WDW 11 times and she asked me what park was my favorite. I told her that I loved them all and it was impossible to choose just one and she said that would be her answer too so she could totally see where I was coming from.
- which of my past jobs were my favorite and why?
- what did I like least about it. I told her there were people who just weren't very nice and I brought up an instance in which I had issues with a co-worker and had to go to him and sort things out and everything was okay after that.
-She made me pick a top two and I picked Photopass and FSFB.
-For photopass she asked me what kind of experience I had with cameras and I listed everything I could possibly think of and left off some stuff *facepalm*
- Then for FSFB she asked me how my previous jobs would benefit in that role, which I told her how I worked for a CPA firm and how I was basically a hostess, who greeted clients when they came in and sat them in a room while they waited for the accountant they were there to see to get in there.
- she asked me about cash-handling experience and I tried to explain what experience I had with cash-handling, and I felt like I rambled
- we talked about roommate situations and all that good stuff then she asked if I had any questions and I honestly couldn't think of any, so I told her that I've been researching the program for about a year and that I couldn't think of anything that I didn't know the answer to already...
Reading over these replies gave me ideas of what I could have asked. So, I'm here second guessing myself and scrutinizing everything I said, just like everybody else.
The interview lasted 15-16 minutes, but I also think I may have answered a few questions within other questions. (for instance: the co-worker situation)
So, I guess we'll find out... I feel confident, but I don't want to be too confident and end up not getting it, so I don't know what to feel really lol.

I tend to ramble when I'm nervous, and I definitely felt nervous talking to my interviewer!
but I am glad I got that.
