Midnight moms/croppers

Sounds like you need to visit DLR again Buffy, to me it has a "small town" vibe and we love CA park too, they are adding a bunch of new stuff

I second this :) It's much smaller and easier to navigate than WDW. I also love that it's Walt's park! World of Color was simply stunning everyone should see it once.

the fairfield is pretty nice....basic, but clean and comfortable, it takes about 15min to walk to the gates

ok so last night I was tired from glueing up my title letters, tonight my hand is killing me from cutting out some ghosts that I had to back w/card stock for my 2" K's...oh scissor cramps...starting to glue all of those together...

we miss seeing WOC, went in April this year...will probably wait to go back after everything is done.

I don't know of Cherry Point

I should get some, by back and shoulders get hurting when I'm scrap/swap too much....on the pain we take on for our scrapbooks

Rachel has asked if she & I can go in December of 2012. She's saving for it :) Apparently 2012 is going to be a big Disney vacation year for me--an Alaskan cruise and a Christmas trip to DLR. I think construction should be finished by then.

Night Buffy, sleep well!

I love xmas in disney, we went once at thanksgiving and once the first part of dec, our dream is to some day be there on xmas....problem is my family would freak that we aren't home for the holidays...they aren't dis freaks like us

We specifically plan to be there on Christmas, the 3 Disney trips we've taken as a family have been the week before through the day after Christmas. That way we don't have to deal with extended family drama. Both sets of parents live within 30 minutes and my mom can't get along with DH's mom, it's hard to be 2 places at once :confused3 So we started going away for the holidays so we can have family time (just the 4 of us).

All right I think I'm gonna call it a night too. I took my sleep meds and I'm ready for bed. Goodnight all.

that's so nice you can do that...maybe someday we can too...family drama is the worst!!

have to catch the tail end of DWTS...they voted off "Mrs. Brady"...dang bristol's still there, I think her mama is paying people off to vote for her

Night Cheryl, I won't be to far behind....

Last year we went in the beginning of December...in 06 we were there on X-mas day...it was beautiful...but strange to not be at home on Christmas. And, shorts is not normal for us Northerners on X-mas!! LOL But, so nice that time of year!!!

I agree :) We loved wearing shorts in December, but, hated coming home to a blizzard!

Goodnight

we lived in west palm beach one winter I think it was 96 the year you all had the big blizzard/ice storm we were in Shawnee that year and the golf course got closed down for the winter...it was very strange getting a xmas tree in 80 degree weather.

Megan just called out to me.....woke up and needs her mama......see you all tomorrow!

Yep...that blizzard was I think in January...I was preggo with my oldest!! Snow was up to my waist!

The worst ice storm was six years ago this coming January...we were out of power for a week! It was seriously the worst experience of my life! My youngest was only 7 months old! Very hard to deal with!
