Ed, would you please go find this thing and tell me/us what it is? I'm betting $5 it's some sort of music box but I can't read the plaque in either of these pictures.

DD starts on 08/26 and DS starts on 08/31. Both start earlier this year.

Glad you finally found some relief from the triple digits.

According to an article in Allears it is a Sebring one man band machine.

Now that would make sense...a "one man band machine"! Good job researching Diane. :thumbsup2 "Drama" late last night kept me away from DISBoard's until later when I was to tired to check anything out. :rotfl: One of DD's bulldogs had a snack bite... copperhead or rattlesnake :scared1:...didn't know for sure which one...it got away before they could kill it. But...midnight trip to the vet and late hours watching the dog. Damn snakes! :headache:

Sounds like a good school schedule for your kiddo's...get those days in before the snow days keep them home! :thumbsup2 :tink:

Oh no! Hope the furbaby is ok.

Are we going to assume they are closing this thread? Didn't someone say they were letting them go to 500 pages?

So sorry about your DD's bulldog. Saw the pictures on Facebook. Is that the mama dog? Is she going to be okay??

Maybe since they moved over to the new web host they don't have to worry about thread size anymore

Was either a copperhead or rattlesnake...she has both. :scared1: She lives in "the woods" on land she bought from DH's sister. The same land HE wanted us to build a house on and I told him, not just "NO" but "HELL NO" simply for that reason. We have a wooded area that backs our property here in town so we have more snakes than I would like to deal with but not like DD. I warned her when she decided to build there but she "wanted to be in the country so she wouldn't have to see the neighbors everyday if she didn't want to." Well...this is the tradeoff. She saw a small rattlesnake Thursday evening and asked her Dad to come shred her 3 acres and clear more of the brush/leaves from around her house. So...we're thinking it could have been the same snake. SHE was bitten by a copperhead about 7 years ago. She was picking up the dogs water bowl to clean and refill and the snake was behind the water bowl. She's a LOT braver than I am...here she is with a snakebite on her hand and she kills the snake with the only thing close at hand...A GOLF CLUB. :scared1: :lmao: Then her husband calls us to ask if "we thought she needed to go to the ER"! YES...IMMEDIATELY! That stupid snake bite cost her almost $5,000 (after insurance) and all they gave her was Tylenol! But...the DID monitor her for 4 hours. Anyway...dog is doing much better today...thank goodness. pug: Thanks for your concern. :tink:

Poor baby...she looked miserable, didn't she? I think all that "skin" on her face helped...the bite didn't get into the muscle area. She's a sister to the mama dog who DD now takes out on a leash to "do her business" and brings her right back in. :goodvibes :tink:

Snakes:eek::scared1::faint: That's the one thing that may keep me from moving south. Snakes or snow?:scratchin Hope her dog is going to be ok.

That would be a hard decision for me. :lmao: I think I might choose the snow! :rotfl2: That's the main reason I love winter...we do still see snakes in the fall/winter but they're much "slower" and don't tend to be quite as aggressive. It's so nice for me to go outside during the cold months and not have to constantly look DOWN to watch for those awful creatures! :rotfl: The doggie is doing MUCH better this evening...ate her food and has been walking around. :tink:

Well then here's a crop to play on here. Where is this?

I will go with LMR or BOG in New Fantasyland...or over in Epcot WS France?

They are still locking threads. It's just that the LAST went to 457 before the key was tossed. I have seen others locked sooner too.
