"Official" 2015 MNSSHP thread

Same thing happened to me with Splash Mountain. It says anytime between 9am and 7pm, but isn't that covering the original time it was made for (6-7)? Do you know if it can be used for any fp ride, or just the original ride chosen?

Pretty sure it's for the original ride selected.

Kenny the pirate lists the hag from snow white being in liberty square. It looks like a lot of the villians that are our this year will be in fantasyland. I can't wait to see the reports from the first party. I think we are going to try for photos with Lotso, Dwarfs, Tarzan, Jafar, Queen of Hearts, Genie, and possibly the witch/hag from Snow White if her line isn't ridiculously long. I'm surprised the Tremaines aren't going to be out at all. I'm hoping since Aurora is listed twice on Kenny the pirate that one of those is an error and will be Lady Tremaines and the stepsisters. Or Dr. Facilier would be a nice addition to Liberty Square. My son is a character nut so other than the fireworks and parade we are all about the meet and greets.

I'm sad the the Tremaines aren't listed. We had a great time with them during the parade at the train station two years ago. They were hilarious!!

The Tremaines will be there. I remember seeing them on Disney’s website for 09/15 (can't find the link now). Just like Gaston, they meet during the day, take a break, then meet again after the party has started.

First time at the party in over 8 years - taking my niece and nephew for their first party in October. Are the FP+ options available during the party or just up to 7 ? Not sure they will be able to get to the MK much before 7 as they are FL residents and in school that day !

FP times are only available until 6:30.

I'm so very glad I've got a month and a half, because while I have a costume, my boyfriend doesn't. Still so much to make, and I seemed to be taking as slow as possible. The idea to make a shield and sword is now a little daunting to me.

think of travel with your shield/sword, I had to cut my broom in half to fit it in the suitcase and it got searched both ways cause I can only imagine when a cut in half broom looks like in a suitcase!

I think they plan to update it after the first party. I've got reservations for our family and I'm so undecided. It's a crazy amount of money, but the park is going to be packed and getting a spot for the parade and fireworks will be crazy too (we're going 10/29). But we also want to wander around to see some characters and trick or treat. So I don't know what to do!

I have bounced back and forth between Where's Waldo to Star Fleet Command Officer to The TARDIS to no costume. Then I saw a really cute Halloween shirt online at Disney Store. Got the shirt and bought the Minnie bow/ear headband as it kind of matches, now I just need to round it out to see if it works.

Yes my first FP is at 3:30-4:30. I will enter at 4:00 and head towards it after a quick stop at SotMK.

Your FPs must end by 6:30, so do 3:30, 4:30 and 5:30.

I almost got the red shirt as well, but I neither shirt would work, the shirts were cut to be 'sexy' Starfleet and besides being too small the ensign was poorly placed for a girl.

Sent it back but kept the TARDIS hat, LOL I'll be wearing that this winter.

You won't be able to do everything.

I don't know if the witch from Snow White will be out - no villains this year. The witch in her hag costume is out and never has a line. I don't know about Tarzan, but the rest of the character syou listed have very reasonable wait times - about the same as what you'd wait to meet characters during the day. We've met Captain Jack with a VERY long line and with NO line. I never know what to expect with him.

I know alot of people say that it's the same candy you can get at home, which of course it is, but getting it at MK is just so cool to the kids. Plus we are missing our neighborhood trick or treat while at Disney so they are extra excited about it. Are there any characters that have short waits, like 10-15 min?

Man, I wish there was a Maleficent or Evil Queen meet and greet. But we will have fun regardless! I wish WDW would add the Conjure a Villain attraction that they do in Disneyland - it's a great way to see those characters and is such fun.

NO line is our experience with the hag, but maybe that's not the norm??? The past 2 years she didn't even have a set or an official queue, though...We have also been able to meet the Pooh characters, the Aladdin characters, and Lotso with relatively short waits.
