GOOD! The best part about that "ride" was the air conditioning.
I hear you, but I have to say I had mixed feelings on this one. I have no issue with them choosing to advance the parks with new features and I understand they have to replace things at times.....but really.....closing another ride at HS? That was a complete surprise to me. I absolutely cannot believe they didn't wait to shut down GMR until after Toy Story Land opens. I too was hoping to take the family on it one more time.

I may be overthinking but.... Does anybody know if the Disney computer system takes into account your already booked ADRs when offering FP time slots? I'm debating cancelling my 1:00 Rainforrest reservation to free up the entire day at AK. I can always rebook the reservation after I set up my FPs. We have no set dinner plans.

As I learned this morning, it offers all the time slots, but if you choose one close to your ADR, it gives you a warning.

So, does the system show you ALL time slots (even ones that are unavailable) or only ones you can book? Obviously, this is my first experience with booking FPs on line. Thanks.

It was my first time, too. :) It appeared that only available time slots were shown. Someone else correct me if I'm wrong.

Depends on what you mean by "unavailable."

Yes, even ones that would be unavailable to you because of a dining reservation. No, not the ones that have already been book by other people, and therefore unavailable.

Thank you. I understand.
If you weren't aware already (and I apologize if you are) but you will also not see any times for FPs if you have an existing FP that overlaps it. So if you have a 7DMT for 9:10-10:10am, you will not see any FPs for any other attractions for a start time until 10:10am. It seems simple, but even adjusting by 5-10 minutes can open up other options. Does that make sense?

Hoping my sept crew can help with this so I don't have to read through 265 pages of a sticky thread

1 how long to get from contemporary to AK?
2 how long to get from Epcot to MK?
3 how long to get from trattoria al forno (bon voyage breakfast) to HS? Walking? Boat?
4 how long to get from Epcot (San Angel inn) to beaches & cream? Walking?

Thank you in advance!

Bon Voyage to HS, maybe 15 minutes depending on how quickly you walk.

San Angel to B&C, maybe 20 minutes, again depending on how quickly you walk.

Can't help with Contemporary to AK? We usually drive, but I guess a bus would take about 20 to 30 minutes - still, I guess.
Epcot to MK - you can Monorail that - if you don't have to wait for the Monorail I would say you should be there in 45 minutes
Trattoria to HS - If you walk it's about 25 - 30 minutes (not the fastest walker here) - if you want to take the boat, it might take as long or longer as it stops at the Swolfin and the Friendships only run every 20 minutes or so
San Angel Inn to Beaches - walk towards the International Gateway (about 10 min - remember not the fastest walker here) and from the International Gateway it's a 5 minute walk to B&C.

Hope that helps.

What's a 7DMT?
