I got in with well under the hour wait that it said. However I am listed as the primary guest and under registered guests it says 0. My husband and 4 kids all have active APs, the same ones as I have. Since I didn't know what to do, I registered myself and thought I would just try again and register my husband separately. Well, that didn't work. No matter what I do (I tried signing out, I tried using my phone instead of computer) it lists me as the primary guest, not him, even on my phone when I used the link here and signed in as him. That doesn't make any sense to me - I signed in as him! I wasn't completely sure we would be able to go anyway, it would require us coming in a day earlier, but I'm still annoyed. I also took up a spot for me that won't get used, because no way are we going to come a day earlier just for me to go on it lol.

Well, I give up. The chat function in the app is disabled so I sent an email but I have no expectation of getting a reply other than “sorry”. Everyone who got through, I look forward to hearing about the ride!!

I sent a chat on the app but haven’t gotten a response. It’ll stink to be at Epcot that day and not be able to get in 😕
 
I got a reservation for the 26th at 1pm. Does that mean I can go to Epcot all day or they will just let me in at that time? It said I didn't need a park reservation for Epcot so I made one for DHS figuring we can go over there after for a little bit before I drive home. Also, Does anyone know if we can enter at the international gateway in case we end up doing DHS first?

In hindsight I should not have registered me, but at the time I thought it made sense to register me and then log in as him and register him. I had no way of knowing that wouldn't work at all. I don't understand how it always thinks I'm the one on, I wish I could use a computer with no relation to me and see what shows up.
 
IMHO this is all a clusterF*** anyway. I only did it because if Disney keeps to their typical trend lately of stupid things, they will probably make a 1 second virtual queue for this ride like ROTR and this way we actually get to ride.

Well, I guess I give up. No matter what I do i am the primary guest and under registered guests it says 0. I double checked using the link they provided, and my family is all linked together and shares all plans. We all have the same AP type and they all show up on my account on the computer and the app. I tried on chrome, edge, and my phone. I signed in as me and as my husband. The only person showing up, no matter what I do, is me. So I could go, but that is it. We will be there Oct 2, I guess we'll do it whatever way Disney tells us we have to do on that day to ride, like we had planned all long.

Have any of you tried private browser mode? And if this many people are having trouble, maybe spots aren’t filling up now. So maybe there will be spots open in a little bit when you get thru. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Can you screen shot your family in your friends & family list? Kind of proof of who you should have been able to sign up, Then maybe the AP line or the guest experience team can eventually get them in. If the GE team can link missing friends & family for Rise, they should be able to do it for this too.

I did that with both my husband and I, we both share all plans. The kids don't have their own accounts, but are listed as friends and family that I control. just for kicks I'm going to try my work computer (If it will let me onto the disney site and this site) and log in as my husband. There's no way it could know I'm me if I don't log in as me. I'll also try incognito.

So sorry. That really stinks. I accidentally picked a Monday thinking I was choosing my dh’s day off. Thankfully my mistake was Labor Day so he does have off.
 
has anyone gotten a response back from the chat on the app?
How long is that wait?
Cannot call .... tells me all circuits are busy, call back later.
 
I keep getting a message when it asks for my AP number saying this account is already link to another user. I know, the user is me. I'm so frustrated. After trying for a while, it switched messages to say They could not process my request at this time. Anyone else having similar issues? I tried to call, but it's 170 min wait, and I have to take my dog to the vet.
