Remy Passholder Preview

I tried to log in to my husband's account on a computer I have never used to go to a disney web site on, and got a message that says "We're sorry the account system is having a problem. We'll be up and running before long, so please try again soon. Thanks for your patience, and please feel free to continue browsing in the meantime." There is no way I'm trying to log on as me, I don't want my info to come up again. Is anyone else getting this?
 
I'm getting this error:
"
Unfortunately, we did not find events that meet your criteria at this time due to one or more of the following reasons:
  • You have already made a reservation for this event
  • Your pass type or the pass type of someone on your Registered Guest list isn't eligible for this event
  • Your party size is too large
  • The event is sold out
Please check pass types and try adjusting your party size, Guest list and/or event date."

I am. I tried on multiple computers. No luck.
 
Have 9/11 at noon. Really wanted a different day but will make it work.

Ohhh I would have taken that since I was planning to go to Disney that day, but it said was already full. Now I need to go on Monday the 6th. Hopefully traffic going home afterwards won't be a nightmare on I-4

I went with the 6th too. When is I-4 not a nightmare? Lol. Some days my drive time doubled.
 
And were they able to help? what answer did they give you?
I've been waiting just over an hour for a response..... not sure I can hold out for almost 3 hours! yikes.

By the time I got a response, I had already used the link provided here in this thread and secured tickets.

The rest of the conversation with Chat CM was “Active Annual Passholders will receive an email to register.” As we know not true. “I am happy to hear you were able to secure a date.”
If you open chat and sent a question just keep an eye on your device , hopefully someone will get back🤞

edit: I don’t understand why people with AP vouchers connected to their account, MDE, are having trouble securing tickets. concerns me that chat CM said “Active Annual Passholders will receive an email to register.”

I have an active annual pass and didn't get an email. I checked my spam as well.
 
I did not get an email but used the link with the over an hour wait message when it opened. I only waited about 35 minutes when it became my turn and I was directed to a page to enter my AP number. When I did it said there was an error and that number was registered to a different account and to call. I have been on hold with the call for over three hours and still waiting. All I can say is it is a good thing I have an unlimited minutes cell phone plan. But if I don't get a time to ride there may be some interesting emailing to Disney about my experience.
 
I am working with someone in the chat now. I had tried to call earlier and try to use the chat earlier but both weren't available. I did send an email, but in my previous experience they email back days later saying call . When I checked chat around 12:30, someone was available immediately. He is trying to get another department to help him. Will keep you posted. Not holding my breath, since this
does not appear an easy fix. But he is nice and trying:)

I’m using chat on MDE sent message 30 mins ago still waiting.

When I click on the link, the primary & registered guest that show up are people in my Friends & Family but not me. I am currently chatting about it.

I know I got a Recovery Annual Pass earlier this year, and the CM at that time mentioned something about the AP systems switching over. Does the fact that it's a recovery AP have anything to do with my problems, I wonder? Or is this just a typical Disney IT mess?

Mine and my husband's are also recovery APs and we have the same issue. Anybody with a recovery AP able to register? And is everyone who's having issues on recovery APs?
