met the DS, DDIL and grandkids and my parents at maccas for lunch today...short and sweet

We're completely in festive mode now. Counting down on one hand!

Wee're in Victoria, BC, Canada which is a very Christmassy city. They have pretty lights and decorations everywhere! And the sun sets at 4PM so plenty of time to enjoy them! Christmas cartoons on the kids channel all the time, loving it!

thanks for the birthday wishes..and regarding the age / granny thing..I just say I was adopted ...gets them every time

my bday was awesome, lunch with the family at maccas, then dinner cooked by my DH...and from DH huge flowers and kikki-k journal/ day planner and month planner..perfect for all my trip planning.

4 more sleeps til Santa......and let me just say how jealous I am of all the artsy/ crafty/ cookers out there......I burn water. I wish I could cook the xmas treats, and have that smell wafting thru the house...but I guess my talents lie in other areas.....like tree decoration...

enjoy this last push til the big day......I'm now off up to the shops to do some last minute gift buying...I'm sure I have forgotten someone

WE're in Vancouver and it's still Christmas eve (10:30PM). I'm trying to stay awake, the kids just don't wan tto sleep!! We're off to play in the snow tomorrow and it's predicted to be snowing! So excited!! (I haven't told the kids it will be snowing).
