Did anyone get an AP or general public discount for CR Tower in Sept. 2004?

I am planning on staying at the CR Tower in Sept. and am hoping there will be either an AP discount or general public discount for that time.

Did anyone get one last year? If so how much did you pay a night for the Tower? And when did the codes for Sept. come out??

Last year, AP rates didn't come out for September until very late...I think mid-August?
