yup Dave I am in....swore I would never do it again, but I am.
Nick and I did some sit ups and push ups again today. I really want to improve my core without straining anything. Between my sciatic problems and kidney problems, it needs some tlc.
Does anyone have easy core strengthening workouts to help build it up?
How many of the Team Members regularly walk together? It is hard to find one person close to the same pace to walk with around here.Team Panda out for a hard 8 miler along the river. We did the 8 at an 11:15 pace!
