Macaroons?

Yes, you can get them at Les Halles Boulangerie & Patisserie in France.

Macaroons the coconut stack, or macarons the crispy, tender almond flour "cookies" with a filling? I didn't notice coconut macaroons anywhere (but I wasn't actively looking for them), but I did notice Mickey shaped macarons at all of the bakeries/sweet shops, including Goofy's candy Co in downtown Disney, in addition to the traditional ones in France at Epcot.
