If the price drops with points, you get the difference in points credited back to your SW rapid rewards account. Didn't you mean that if you book a trip paying with a credit card AND the price goes down AND you catch the decrease in price, you get the difference in original price credited to your SW rewards account in the form of a Southwest Credit to be used by completing a flight WITHIN one year from the date of original ticket. You do not get a CREDIT to your credit card IF you book by paying for a ticket.Love SWA. We have a SWA CC and book our trips with points. If we need to cancel flights its not a problem we get all of our points and money refunded. If your flight price drops you get the difference refunded you just have to check your flight prices daily. The SWA employee's are very nice.
