I am really disappointed about this, I was looking forward to going here just for this. I may skip out on epcot now... I only have one day in the park right now and I am thinking I will start in HS and now end MK. I was thinking Epcot over MK for the arts festival.

Can someone remind me where we add a link for POT? I went into my race registration but I don't see it there... Thanks!

IIRC that festival has always fallen right between MW and Princess. It's the one festival at Epcot I've never managed to attend. If I'm making a trip at that time, it's for one of those races. I suppose it's on purpose but still a bummer.
We did the same for both MW and Princess. Branching out and trying the Dolphin for MW and Swan for Princess. We had been die hard Disney resort stayers but at these prices we suddenly became interested in trying something new.I signed up for the challenge yesterday. It being open for registration for so long was taunting me. Holy moly on Disney hotel prices I ended up booking the Dolphin with a passholder rate.
Who else has started training for the PHM? I was planning to start next week, but feel like that might be early? I just did my first HM on 10/10 and have only run 3 miles a few times since...The official Training started this week, who else is excited!!

I’m already on week 7 of my PHM training plan, but I picked/created a really long, gradually increasing mileage plan that also included a break for a WDW trip in the middle.Who else has started training for the PHM? I have a marathon on 11/14. Then I'm off for 8 days to allow my training load to drop and my body some time to heal. Then a one week return to training with only easy pacing. That'll leave me 13 weeks to train for the Challenge starting on 11/29. I don't expect my body to feel normal again until about 12/13 or so based on past history of recovering from a marathon. At this moment, my plan is to do a few 10k "B" races to work on strategy and how the race feels since my goal at PHM is a top 3 finish. I want to nail the effort of a 10k race so I can trust myself in the moment.
I guess I'm already training. I am running W&D next weekend and I planned out the next several months so my plan flows with my race schedule.Who else has started training for the PHM?
