I would clear my cookies, or try another browser.

Once you call and a human touches your reservation for any reason, you will no longer be able to modify it online.

That is what happened to me, but it was a couple of years ago. Any time I wanted to make a change, I just called and they were able to do it very quickly.

One delay can be weather situations which really tie up the phone lines, so just keep watching fares and you can try to modify it online, but in the past that didn't work, so just call if you have to.
