I sent a chat at 9:30am. At 10:40am, right before my eyes, the screen updated to show I sent the chat at 10:40 am. While I was at Lowe’s, it updated again to show I sent it at 12:10. I have kept the chat screen open this entire time, so I have no clue what is happening or even if I’m in the queue. I did see a person on Twitter get a response - it was to call the IT number that had the three-hour wait.I’m using chat on MDE sent message 30 mins ago still waiting.
