I listen to classic rock a lot. There really are too many for me to name. Let me just say this:
1. All songs from the 60's
2. All songs from the 70's
3. All songs from the 80's.
Frankie Goes to Hollywood-Welcome to the Pleasuredome
Freda Payne-Band of Gold
The Raspberries-Go All The Way
band of gold me baby, great song, what memory does it bring back
Dont You Forget About Me - Simple Minds
American Pie Don Mclain
My Old Kentucky Home S. Foster
Jeez......how old ARE you?
Actually, I like that song too, reminds me of the infield at Churchill Downs.
The Show Must Go On, by Three Dog Night. It has a calliope in parts, and my sister and I used to dance in circles in front of the 8-Track player after our bath at night. I can still smell the Johnson's Baby Powder and the feel of my damp hair.
A few years ago my children were horrified at how many vinyl albums and CDs I own of Beatles' music, and not a single one was performed by the Beatles. Guess what I got for Christmas from them that year?
