Vista Cafe Open?

I wondered if anyone that has cruised on the Fantasy lately has noticed if the Vista Cafe on deck 4 is open. If so, any idea of the hours? Any reviews on sitting there for a peaceful drink? We’ve never noticed it on our past cruises. On the Magic we love having a peaceful drink before dinner at the Promenade Lounge. Sure wish the Fantasy had a lounge like that.

I was on in January and I noticed it open a few times. I never stopped there so could not tell you when. Although I do remember when we were at Port there were people back there setting up obviously to open later.

It was open on the Dream in January, but they didn’t have any treats, just drinks.

Same in February. It was closing at 9:30pm, 30 minutes after Cove Cafe. I don't know when either one opened, though. Also, Cove Cafe still has treats.

Fantasy in March Vista Cafe was open 7am-9pm, the one afternoon I went by, lots of chairs were avail.
