What are the chances of getting a studio at SSR for mid-May?

We're planning a last minute vacation due to low airfare. We can do it if we can use our points. What are our chances? Any resort would be fine Sun-Fri.

To be honest, I think your chances are great!

Last May when I was there I was able to switch from a two bedroom to a one bedroom with no problem at all. They said they had plenty of open rooms available from studios to two bedrooms. SSR is very rarely booked to capacity. Obviously, I would call as soon as possible to reserve the room, but I can't imagine it being a problem.

Well Im going to WDW first week of May and they said that there were no Studio's left at SSR or any other resort so im very lucky i got OKW. I guess due to F&G at epcot and that weekend there is a Marathon.

I know May is a busy moth due to F&G at Epcot.....
