What order should I try and book?

We are taking my 4 yr old to WDW 11/3-7. We are staying at Shades (it is loaded in the MDE app) and have park reservations for 11/4-6. This is tentatively our plan for table service:

11/4 EP - thinking Garden Grill for lunch
11/5 MK - Jungle Skipper either lunch or dinner especially since Crystal Palace doesn't have Pooh and Friends right now
11/6 AK - Tusker house for any available time
11/7 Chef Mickeys for breakfast before heading to the airport

Which order should I try and book? I think I can do all of them at day 60.

I probably would go for Garden Grill first, then Chef Mickey's, Tusker House then Skippers. It's a toss up with Chef Mickey's and garden Grill. I don't see a lot of availability for either. However, I searched for tomorrow and quite a few dinner times for both showed up. As for cancellations, Garden Grill may edge out Chef Mickey's because it's inside a park and people change their plans all the time. The other 2 (Tusker House and Skippers) show availability most days.

edit to switch Chef Mickey's first, then Garden Grill.
