It would be hard to compare we were there two full days touring inside Copenhagen but outside as well, Rosenburg and Kronburg, and Frederiksborg, Driver, guides, etc. Copenhagen to tour is expensive.

My plans are one day tour to Malmo, another day tour to North Zealand and Hamlet Castle before the cruise. But I still have one half day(the day we disembark ) and that is the day I want to see the city, little mermaid, etc. I don't know if will be better to do the hop on bus or another tour. The thing is that I need time after disembark to go to the hotel near the airport, leave my bags and go back to the city center. I think that could take like 3 or 4 hours. I still looking for suggestions, didn't book any tour yet.

Do not be nervous you will have the best trip there that is possible, a very very good decision. Enjoy. You will not regret it.

Firstly have you given them all of the passport information? You need to do that first. Secondly it's not a visa, but they give you " tickets" with passport information on them for every passing of immigration going out and back. Lastly they normally issue this a few weeks before your trip, say four weeks before your trip there, as they have to submit your passport information. You can ask, but they will not issue them too early. You will get a final itinerary with an official stamp and you need photocopies of your passports. Do not worry they are highly organised on this and I never had an issue on the four days we toured with them.
