I agree, I can't wait for this movie. The animation in this is stunning. Fascinating how much technology evolves. A film with that many water physics wouldn't have worked a few years ago. Can't wait to see it.

If they were coming to a saturation point things wouldn't be selling. Star Wars is one of if not the largest movie franchises in the world. Of course you are going to promote it and do everything you can to sell products related to it. I think people would love a Star Wars TV show.Thank god. They're coming dangerously close to over-saturation as it is.
Today in Disney History
Ellen's Energy Crisis later named Ellen's Energy Adventure opened in Epcot in 1996.

Here today and pretty dead IMO.Sorry, late to the party here...
We've done several October vacations, and Mondays by far at the best day to visit Epcot during F&W, as long as it's not Columbus Day. We've always gone on Mondays and never saw crazy crowds or lines. That being said...I'd much rather participate in a local food fair type event than F&W. We've sampled a lot over the years and quality of food just isn't that great, IMO. We've always managed to find good food (I always followed easywdw.com's food recommendations and they seemed to be pretty spot on) but nothing great or outstanding or even that memorable. It's still a fun event if you're going to be at Disney anyway, but I personally would never travel to Disney just to go to F&W, though as someone who was a teenager/college kid in the 90s, I really appreciate the throwback musical acts they always have.

Thank Iger and his fascination with popular franchises for that. When he has a successful property in his hands he makes sure the franchise potential is fully exploited. Think of the recent Marvel or Frozen over-saturation.
I hope this is true. I know I am in the minority but I actually really like the food here - it would be great to see the interior match the food. They have a great burger and several great salads (some of the menu options are also served in nearby Crew's Cup Lounge).
I'm know when we were there in July the Frozen part of the Fantasy Faire Castle show got by far the biggest reaction from the crowd who was all signing along to Let it Go - so interest is still there
Thanks for this, watched in Frozen SB which was 35 minutes noon. Looks visually pleasing for sure.

There's already a Star Wars show on Cartoon Network. They need to keep this franchise alive for many, many years. If they over-do it people will be sick of the IP before they can even get the land open. Hardcore fans will always be there but the public is fickle. You cannot turn on the TV or enter a store without seeing Star Wars plastered on anything and everything - pretty much indiscriminately. They're cashing in on the trend - I get it. But they really need to take care of this cash cow so it can thrive long-term, at least for the next 5 years or however long it will take to get the films out and land open. What if they made a show and it wasn't good? It could start a downward perception of the IP and the trend could be over before we even see the land. I'm just saying they need to think long-term, and chill out on the exposure. Keep us wanting more.
