I was just going to write a post saying I hope this means ours will come through soon because ours was sent in on 2/28. I thought "I'll check my e-mail for the fun of it", and low and behold, there was an e-mail saying we passed!!!!

OK here I go again after losing an SSR and deciding I'll go for a smaller contract at BLT our dream location before calling it quits. Definitely a little higher in price per point but has 90 banked so can help us borrow less for first few years until we add on.. fingers crossed!! Stalking this board again begins now!....

We passed ROFR on 2/24 and I just received our closing documents today!!!!!

I'm afraid if I check my email any more often I may break my phone
I entertained myself today by plotting out which days most people hear on - since 1/1/17 for Mon.s it's 18 passes & 5 taken, Tues. 11 passes and 5 taken, Wed. 17 passes and 4 taken, Thurs. 10 passes and 1 taken, Fri. 18 passes and 6 taken. & then there was one taken on a Sat. - not sure what to call that (maybe taken Fri. & broker emailed the bad news Sat.?)
I was hoping to hear today as it's day 12 of the email watch, but it's almost 5 pm east coast time, so I expect I'll have to wait until next week, hope they don't drag it out the full 30 days as they were doing when I bought my first contract, but as mentioned by someone up thread I too am concerned that w/ Copper Canyon going on sale to members things may slow down for both ROFR and the estoppel stage if manpower is diverted to processing new direct sales away from resales.
