Might be good to have someone new at the helm for Indiana Jones. The last one was......not good. If we have to have another one it may be nice to have some different direction. Although I'm still not thrilled about a new one even coming at all. Ford is just too old now for that kind of role to be believable with the kind of stunts these movies have.

I saw his kids' band open at a concert I went to a few years ago. I liked them well enough, but all of the article I read about the band mentioned that they wouldn't have had the (small) level of success without their father's influence. I found it convenient that the band they were opening for described themselves as "cinematic indie pop." I'm sure they weren't hoping for an in with Spielberg at all
I am very intrigued in a band that plays cinematic indie pop. Do you remember their name?

Milo Greene. Their first album is perfect for driving during autumn...very specific, but accurate haha
Halloween hasn't fallen on a weekend night in about 5 years.
That usually doesn’t matter much. Halloween always sells out.

So .. is this just how movies from Lucasfilm will go now? Changing directors midway through the development process of the movie?
I just see this franchise (which is a shame) going out on a wimper. Disney is just trying to cash in on the non-Star Wars side of Lucasfilm. But, it's not like there is any excitement after the Crystal Skull debacle.

Did you see Hilary Duff’s instastory? With both High Fidelity and Love, Victor getting moved to Hulu, do we think there’s hope for Lizzie McGuire or is it just dead in the water? A more mature series would only make sense since she’s a childless millennial...unless they morph her into a Disney Instagram influencer

Oh good I came in here to see if the Hilary Duff story was being talked about. So bummed, that and Imagineering Story were my top two most anticipated Disney+ watches. I really really hope we don’t lose it all together, but Hilary Duff publicly throwing shade is not promising. I think it could really use more original programming, or at least binge worthy series even if not original.
TBH we aren’t enjoying the service as much as I thought we’d be at this point. If we were on monthly not yearly we’d probably cancel it until something we wanted to watch was released.

Right now it’s all about the Star Wars content for me. I do hope they ramp up some of the original stuff soon. Having the revolving library is nice though too. I barely watch Netflix these days as it is.

I think for us a big part of the issue with Disney+ is we went in owning basically all Disney movies we ever cared to watch, so it’s been hard to find stuff that is new to us that we actually want to see.
I really hope in time we get more park related content though. Thats enough to keep me happy! Looking forward to Behind the Attraction.

I've loved having access to ~almost~ all of the MCU films (minus Netflix contracts and the Spider-Man movies). I am pumped for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki!
It is weird already having a ton of the Disney films. I have to get in the habit of NOT buying them. Only if I really love them or if they are cheap on Black Friday!
