Earlier today French health minister said that it will be at least 4-6 weeks untill the possibility of government restrictions being lifted. Taking us beyond the planned April 2nd reopening of Disneyland Paris.
Personally I believe we won't see any headway with the park untill mid summer. France is very behind the UK / USA with jab numbers. Plus the French are very vaccine. Reports are saying the EU won't be protected for 16 months.
Currently France is on 6% per 100 people have had one or both injections. With the UK at 38% with theme parks opening currently on April 12th... (Along with self catering). May 17th hotels and accommodation. June remaining businesses including nightclubs.
When do you feel it will open to locals or international travelers?
